Hagah Sistemas ('we') is responsible for processing the personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

We collect data voluntarily provided through forms (name, email, company, phone, and message in the contact form; email in the newsletter and product waitlists), plus technical browsing data (IP address, pages visited) for security and spam-prevention purposes.

3. How we use the data

We use the data to respond to contact requests, send newsletter communications (when authorized), notify you about waitlisted product news, and protect the site against abuse and spam.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use infrastructure providers (Supabase for data storage, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting) that process data on our behalf, under confidentiality agreements.
